Freelance PHP Web Developer / Programmer I offer web design and development in Toronto and the GTA for organizations on a contract or part-time basis in a reliable and professional manner. PHP Background Since graduating with a degree combining computer math and management information systems I worked in the governmental and finance and insurance sectors as a technical analyst.
